Welcome to Clan war 101. Lets first talk about why we all are here: It is because our clan war win ration has gone down to 10% in past 10 wars. We as a clan need to re-evaluate if we are doing things right.
Lets talk about some changes that are going to take place in upcoming wars.
-Inactive players: Those who have not been active(no attacks in past few wars) will be excluded from next wars. In an event if we do not round up to multiple of 5 players, we will drop a player or two in the war(if you have not been using both attacks in past wars, you are slowly climbing your way on top of this list). In my opinion this will encourage players to perform better to earn a spot in war.
-Recognition: Best performers will be recognized at the end of each war via a clan mail.
Preparation:
-Base Layouts: All members who have opted to be part of clan wars need to optimize their war bases. Tip: Avoid hybrid base layout. Experienced players should submit base layouts that work for them in the forum. Others can refer to these layouts to improve their base layout. Remember this is a forum by WB members for WB members. Don't shy away from contributing content.
-CC Troops: These troops play a very vital role in clan wars. We need to re-evaluate our selection of clan defensive troops. I recommend leaders follow the Sir Antalots guide to CC troops. According to this guide, most efficient CC troops are wizards and dragons.

Organization:
-Bottom half players(13-25 in 25v25 war, 16-30 in 30v30 war) attack during first 12 hours of clan wars. Lower half should have first dibs on enemy bases to maximize their star potential.
If you fail to attack during first 12 hours, you miss your spot in next war. This may seem harsh but we need to define strict rules to ensure the proposal works.
-Bottom to top: Top 50% must not attack during first 12 hours of war OR until all bottom 50% of players have finished attacking. For regular Clan Wars it is enough if 80% of the bases get destroyed to win and every star is equal – no place for playing the Hero here.
-DEMORALIZE! This is the best push we got in our clan: Tell everyone that the first attack should aim to get 3 stars. In this case your enemy will loose faith in winning and maybe some players will not even attack with their expensive army because they think they don’t have a chance of winning anyways. Imagine you login on Battle Day and your clan has 10% of the possible stars while the opponent clan already got 50%. You think that this is not working but I promise you it will!
Training:
-Practice: There are not a whole lot of moves in the book. Whether you plan to execute a ground or an air attack, Practice your moves. Guides for some basic attacks are listed here for your reference:

-Training day: Every week on Saturday, we will have a training day followed by war on Monday. For training day you need to perform 2 X trophy attacks using attacks you qould normally use in war. Just share your videos with the clan so we can all use it to our benefits. This is a great opportunity to practice strategies like Dragon funneling, GOWIWI, GOWIPE, Valkrie tornado, Balloonian, HOGOWIPE, HOWI or anything else. Remember practice makes perfect.
